Build Your Own Circuit Board

This is a unique, hands-on electronics workshop for both children and adults! You will solder electronic components onto specially-designed circuit boards. Don't worry if you haven't done this before – because you will learn how to use a soldering iron, and actually make and take home your finished circuit board!

With interactive science shows and workshops, hands-on resources and Skype calls from the field, Anturus show the wonder of the natural world through engaging and thought-provoking experiences for all. The Anturus team are experienced in the outdoors, science and film. Together, they make educational films and content that can be used in the classroom or just for science enthusiasts.

Wicked Wildlife

Scientists often set up observation areas to study nature including plants and animals in the field. In this workshop, you will build your very own tools for studying bugs of all sorts! It's important to know what creatures live in the world and in gardens, and the bug tools will keep you informed. You'll have the options to build a Pond Dipping Net, your very own Pooter (device for collecting tiny creatures) and more! Together, these will give you a lot of information for you to compare with your fellow Adventure Scientists!
